At CellCore Biosciences, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel purchase. If your new fashion pieces don't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
